Summer is a time to get outdoors and enjoy our beautiful environment. Our green hills turn to brown and most of our waterfalls run dry. But with thousands of acres of open space and miles of beaches, you could pick a different trail every day and not do the same trail twice all summer.

With Marin's micro climates there can be a 30 degree difference between the coast and inland, so even on the days when the temperature approaches triple digits inland, there is respite along the coast or in San Francisco.
